Vancouver, Canada – September 11, 2026 – TheNewswire - Redwood AI Corp. (CSE: AIRX) (OTCQB: RDWCF) (Frankfurt: Y0N, WKN: A422EZ) ("Redwood" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has been featured in two publications issued through Life Sciences British Columbia’s ("Life Sciences BC" or "LSBC") Growth Catalyst Program, including the program booklet, A Look Inside the Growth Catalyst Program Companies, and Issue No. 2 of the Growth Catalyst Program Quarterly Newsletter. The features profile Redwood’s application of specialized artificial intelligence to chemistry, drug development and related scientific applications
The Growth Catalyst Program booklet includes a two-page Redwood profile1 titled “Cutting delays in drug development with AI,” which describes the Company’s use of proprietary AI models to help chemists design, optimize and plan more efficient chemical reaction pathways. The profile discusses Redwood’s use of millions of data points, including reaction data, safety considerations, material costs and logistics variables, to provide actionable recommendations to chemists. It also identifies opportunities for the Company’s technology in adjacent chemical areas, including hazardous material detection and defence applications.
Redwood was also profiled in the Summer 2026 edition of the Growth Catalyst Program Quarterly Newsletter in a dedicated feature titled “Redwood AI: Why Specialized AI May Be the Next Frontier in Life Sciences.”2 The feature examines Redwood’s development of specialized AI models trained on chemical data and discusses applications across pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical safety and public-sector initiatives.
The Growth Catalyst Program, supported by Pacific Economic Development Canada ("PacifiCan"), is designed to support the expansion of high-growth B.C.-based life sciences companies through educational opportunities, mentorship, support for international conferences and investor engagement. Life Sciences BC also reports that its weekly Events & BioLinks newsletters reach more than 3,500 subscribers.3
“We are pleased to see Redwood’s work featured through two Life Sciences BC Growth Catalyst Program publications. These features provide an opportunity to share our approach to specialized AI with a broad life sciences audience and demonstrate how purpose-built technology can be applied to complex challenges in chemistry, drug development and chemical safety. We appreciate the work Life Sciences BC is doing to support the growth and visibility of B.C.-based companies and to connect them with the broader life sciences ecosystem,” stated Louis Dron, Chief Executive Officer of Redwood AI.
The Company also announces that it has cancelled its previously-disclosed IR engagement (see Company press releases dated August 10, May 5 and February 20, 2026), and obtained a return of funds in the amount of CAD$588,285.
The Company announces that it has now engaged Frontier Media Inc.
